Dr. Hulse's unwavering commitment led to the establishment of the Naval Hospital in a leased 2-story house, marking the humble beginnings of a medical facility that has served over 150,000 beneficiaries across its main site and ten branch clinics spanning five states.
Throughout its history, NHP has stood at the forefront of healthcare services, weathering challenges such as yellow fever outbreaks and the Spanish Flu pandemic.
